In Email 2 The Personalized Habit Design Plan:
You’ll receive:
- A personalized analysis of:
- your environment
- routines
- friction points
- 1 main habit focus (not 5 — this is key)
- Environment tweaks (home / schedule / tools)
- Tiny starting version (2-minute rule)
- Routine anchor
- Instant reward ideas
- What to stop doing (busywork)
After trying the habit for a few days, in Email 3 Refinement + Gentle Course-Correct
You’ll receive:
- Adjustments based on what worked/didn’t
- A mindset reframe
- A simple “next 7 days” plan
